Over the summer the focus of the Breathing Space Membership program will be "Living Inside Out." Living Inside Out is all about being spiritually focused in our physical days. Have a busy day taking kids to summer camp or finding ways of keeping everyone centered in the heat of summer holidays? We'll be focusing on energy on being spiritually grounded in every summer moment.. from bbqs to moans of "I'm Bored!" How are we doing this? Within the Living Inside Out Challenge, I'll be coming in live each week (zoom link, with a replay that will then be sent to your inbox as well as posted within the FB group) with a focus and how to let that focus percolate for you through the week. The focuses over the following 8 weeks are as followed: 1) Awareness 2) Shoulds 3) Thoughts 4) Emotions 5) Breath 6) Intention 7) Dreams 8) Presence
As with everything inside the membership, this will be without pressure. I'll introduce the concept with a simple focus to guide you to releasing the layers that cover our truest selves, so you can shine authentically through the days and months to come. As with everything in the membership we work through all of this energetically first... intellectually after. (Inside Out... of course!)
