I have a bit of a Holiday, Seasonal vision… for all of us.
We practice being ourselves, in a heart connected space, no matter the circumstance.
In simple terms...
We walk a little slower. Drive with a little more observance to the scenery. We let people line up in front of us at the cash, so we can stop and focus on our breath a few moments more.
We play in the toy aisle with our kids.
We let them do the decorating and make a mess.
We stop the pushing.
We take small moments of deep breathes and silent appreciations.
We give ourselves permission to fill our buckets, fill our wells, savor the smallest of joys.
Currently, here in Nova Scotia, the leaves have fallen and the smallest of animals are running to prepare for a long sleep.
There’s a sense of enclosure as well as closure.
There’s a sense of Endings and appreciating of the endings before the new beginnings.
Its the natural flow of all that is.
We can all miss this moment, can’t we?
We can live on the surface, checking off the to-dos and skimming the mere meaning of what is truly occurring.
That skimming, skirting or skittering are so present in rushing, shopping, and frantic planning.
I can always feel the high pressure being built in between my eyebrows.
But this vision, as calm and contemplative, is also deeply Satisfying and Fulfilling…
Because, when we are in flow…
We will find, the Perfect Gifts on sale, We’ll get the parking spots right in front AND parties with our inlaws will have a deeper connection and flow.
Because the law of attraction will pick up on that focused, intense essence of Who We Are and match it.
(Rather than picking up on the stress and panic… and matching that!)
It’s a deeper time of year.
A time to breathe, allow, acknowledge and appreciate… and if we lay that foundation now, then law of attraction will create more of that space, more of that feeling, more of that deepness, even as the holiday progresses.
You can feel radiant with a space of presence and inner joy.
Breathe with me…. Ahhhhhh..
So, how do we start?
Well the first step is to make the choice to dive deeper.
Simply stop in this moment promise yourself that you will CHOOSE to BREATHE. CHOOSE to acknowledge WHO YOU REALLY ARE, whenever you can. CHOOSE TO LET GO, of what feels heavy, or tight, or forced.
Let’s actually do this. Let’s not skim the surface of ourselves any more.
Let’s claim it loud… that at this, what’s often seen as the busiest times of the year, we won’t put ourselves on the shelf.
In fact… maybe we’ll take ourselves off the shelf, Let’s Stop hiding up there, and end 2018 fully present!
Start by, practicing saying good morning to the day each day. By appreciating small things each night.
It's a great way to start. I’ll be sharing focuses to practice over in the group all month, but just those 2 steps claim a new intention... creates the vibration of committing to a choice. Just Good Morning... and a conscious Good Night. That's a Good Start.
Follow your heart, Go within, Listen for Satisfaction, For Relief… and go with what supports the CHOICE of feeling true to yourself... no matter the circumstance. Whether in our group, in the Stepping Program or simply by email, I hope that you know, I’m always here to support the greatest, most YOU version of YOU…
