2 Self Care tools to pull out in the chaos

The Universe is always responding to what we're focused on. So,when life feels frantic and chaotic, sadly things just keep building on that momentum.

The law of attraction can easily pick up on a space of franticness, or on lack of time. We can hold those stories up and the universe sees them, hears them and feels them and responds to it as...
More of this please.

So, when we hold up the sign of Stress. We get more stress. When we hold up the sign of scatteredness... Boom... life fragments even more.
Oof! (as my daughters like to say.)

But, that doesn't mean we're part of a vicious cycle of momentum, which is uncontrollably barreling down the hill of each day. 

Rather, we simply need to find that inner pause button, Connect, and ease up on the story.... to allow one of relief to start to build new momentum.

Over at the Spiritually Aware Parenting Community, I've been offering these simple tools to feel connection with You again.
Because when you can connect to the deeper version of YOU, everything else seems to fall into place.


1) SATISFACTION
The first tool I suggest if life is on a negative rant or spiral is from Abraham Hicks. They recently started discussing the power of the feeling of Satisfaction and it's revolutionary.
(I had always seen Satisfaction as a bit of settling. Like on a form where you fill out your opinions, Satisfactory already suggests “meh... it's alright.”

However, Abraham Hicks has recently started talking about the simple shift that focusing on what's satisfying and what's not creates within your mental and emotional focus. )
I think you are going to have to try it to fully appreciate it...
So here's what you do.

Grab a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle.
On one side write Satisfied and on the other write Unsatisfied.

Start with Unsatisfied... what are you REALLY unsatisfied with right now?
There you'll put your complaints, your struggles, your challenges... or just the fact that you aren't where you want to be at the moment.
Then pop over to the Satisfied list...
Vent it out... rampage and build. Talk about every little element of life that gives you some degree of satisfaction. The list will build and build and I'm pretty confident that it will be a fair amount longer than your unsatisfied list (if it's not... please PM me. I'll help!)

But no matter how it stands, once you've got some items on the Satisfied list, pop back over to the Unsatisfied list.
Now... the big step. Start to look for positive and satisfying aspects to the unsatisfied items.
It might take some churning, but it will get there!


And when it does.... You will feel so much better and your attraction point will have shifted. Bring on RELIEF! (and satisfactory joy!)

2) FOCUS ON YOUR FEET.

Yup. You read that right. 
I've been offering this little gem to my clients for ages. It's time to share it with you.


Here's the thing to know about that little tool.
You are positive energy and so is the Universe. You are made of Love. The universe is LOVE... and that love, that energy is consistently flowing towards you, around you and even through you.
When you have stress or negative chatter playing in your head, when you have off days, angry moments or simple frustration, then we can create blocks that stop the flow from flowing all the way through. 

and... WHERE ATTENTION GOES... ENERGY FLOWS.
Basically, what that means is if your attention is on your stress or on your negative thoughts, that's where your energy goes.
So if you can't find a feeling better thought to give attention to...
Focus on your feet. Wiggle your toes, feel the rug under your soles, have a foot bath.
When you put attention on your feet, your energy will respond... and rush down through your body to ground you. 



When this was first offered to me in my energy healing class it was a light bulb moment.
We all spend SO MUCH TIME in our heads and then we try to get out of our heads by thinking about it.
This simple step tells your spirit you see yourself as the energy being you really are and you are ready to let love, light and universal force flow through you, around you and from you.! 



As an energy healer I am trained to support your spiritual energy force and help you find that connection with it. I create a space for you to allow it to flow easily. But if you are looking for a simple technique to practice in the chaos, then I highly suggest trying this out.

One last thing. I want you to know that there is no wrong here.
There is only doing your best. You are a Spiritual being having a physical experience. We came here to make mistakes, to learn, to grow and the best growth often comes in the off moments, the stressful moments, when we feel what we don't want and get clarity on what we do.
Also...
It takes focus and determination to shift from a place of stress, temper tantrums, and frustration...
and as a busy parent it can be really hard to find the brain space or the time to even decide to feel better.
In fact, often I work with clients who didn't even know how much better they would feel once they started to connect within more.
It's a funny cycle as we try to push and push and push to make things run smoothly, we feel like we can't afford the time to stop and connect first.
I know. I've done it way too often.

I will say this. Sometimes having someone there to hold space with you and give you some simple reminders and tools really helps.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with needing help with this... especially since it will make life so much better.

I've currently opened up my calendar for 3 more clients to work on a 6 week intro package.
I meet my clients weekly for 90 minutes (but that can be adjusted to 60 if you feel a struggle for time. I'm really flexible to help you feel relief and no pressure.) and in that time you get coaching, mindset tools resources AND an energy healing session, to help you set the course of where you are going and how you want to feel... and then release what holds you back from realizing your ideal experience.
