Hello, I’m Christina Fletcher, and I help moms achieve inner connection and presence with a combination of spiritual coaching, mindset work, conscious parenting tools and Energy Healing. So you can be emotionally available with your kids and stop feeling drained throughout the day.
I was a young mom of 2 girls born 10 months apart. Over the first few years of parenting, my husband and I found ourselves dealing with emergency rooms, postpartum depression, homelessness, and scattered between family drama and loved ones on the other side of the ocean. We lived in a fog, with “what shall we do?” echoing as a heavy weight on every conversation. I was flipping out… and feeling like I was damaging our children. But before I’d met my husband I’d been studying spirituality, self help and manifestation for years. (I was even creating a television program on spirituality for teens for Channel 5 in the UK). I knew there was another way to flow through this experience, and over the progression of those first 5 years, I found it.
I found that to achieve presence, patience and calm within my busy and chaotic, stressful life I had to develop my sense of self love, spiritual connection and deep sense of Who I Really Am, so I could feel whole in each moment…. (After all, stress is just Spirit’s way of saying “I can’t share this perspective with you.”)
I had to develop my relationship with my Spiritual Source, and release the beliefs around what that “should” be.
I had to release my concept of parenting and the Role of being a mom, so I could connect to the divine beings my children are.
I had to develop spiritual practices that I could do in the small moments… even nursing my newborn son.
I learned energy healing, to ground myself, my children, my husband and now my clients.
Over my 17 years of parenting I have created a unique Sacred Wholeness and Spiritual practice which I now use with my clients, using mindset and conscious parenting to help you release intellectual mental blocks and energy healing to release the energetic imprint of what holds you back from shining as your truest self.
You are a spiritual being having a physical experience. The outside circumstance doesn’t define you… rather your reaction creates a ripple effect. Stress makes more stress, and the spiral is real. How will our time together unfold.. Coaching and Healing is an individualized process, depending on what’s been holding you back and what your individual challenges are. However, this is my basic outline to how I focus a 6 week package. (Bear in mind this is NOT a long period of time and I usually like to work for at least 3 months.) However, due to the end of year fast approaching I want to give you enough tools and presence to work through any end of year stress… so this is how we’ll roll.
Week 1- Understanding Drained or Stressed out; Learn to Spiritually refuel and Inner Connection Practice to develop patience and presence right away.
Week 2- What is the Story behind the feeling? Re-writing and Letting go what isn’t serving you. (This shifts everything!)
Week 3- Grounding. Understanding your Spiritual Self… as a parent and as the True YOU!
DECEMBER- Sessions will be suspended during the busy season, but you'll have support through the membership group and email support.
Week 4- Homeostasis- mindset week usually comes up by this time. Old stories might try to be coming back in, so they get cleared from a deeper space.
Week 5- Aligning to Joy. What does your dream state FEEL like? We’re Desire Exploring this week… time to get excited.
Week 6- Dancing. Implementing Freedom, joy and presence into your moment and with your kids.
Each journey is different…
And you should be glad it is... this isn't a cookie-cutter approach to your unique life. As an intuitive coach and healer I have to tell you that sometimes something will come up that will need to be cleared before we move onto the next focus together. For other moms, it can start with wanting to deal with behaviour issues or lack of sleep. There’s a million and one unique ways to be out of balance. But this 6 week breakdown gives a little insight to how smoothly we can transition from a sense of being drained out… to dancing with sweet relief.
